InBlue Web Media agrees to provide the following support for all customers:
- To be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year to resolve website issues within a 24hr timeframe.
- We can show you how to make text updates and image replacements easily via the Dashboard CMS. However, we can make cosmetic changes such as text updates and replace images. We can edited or replace whole portions of text (providing the text is not part of the graphical interface (eg. such as part of a jpg image)).
- InBlue Web Media will not be making any structural changes such as adding new pages and/or changing the design or layout of the site. However, if the website we have done for you is a WordPress website, we can show you how to make these changes yourself.
- We will also not be responsible for virus or spam issues, although we will do our best to minimise the chances of this throughout the development process.
